Annual Community Health Worker Conference
Since 2016, we have held an annual conference and we invite and encourage anyone who is interested to attend. Our conferences are full of helpful information in regards to your health and the impact you can have on your community. We also offer continuing education credits at our conference for Certified Community Health Workers.

Conference Awards
Each year before the KYACHW conference, KYACHW members have the opportunity to nominate a CHW for the following awards.
This award is to honor a individual CHW who has made an extraordinary contribution to the community health worker profession in Kentucky. Awardees are anyone who has gone above and beyond as a CHW (former or current) or Champion.
Outstanding CHW Award
This award is to honor an individual CHW who has made outstanding contributions within the CHW profession in Kentucky Awardees are current or formal community health worker.
To honor an individual who has supported and advocated for the community health worker profession in Kentucky.
Awardees can be anyone who champions the CHW profession.
