The 2025 Conference was a vibrant two- day event filled with opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate the amazing work that community health workers do. Thanks to the support of generous Sponsors and participation of diverse vendors, attendees had access to valuable resources and community partnerships. The Agenda was packed with engaging learning sessions and provided networking opportunities to give CHWs and Allies the tools and knowledge to strengthen their impact in communities. Beyond professional growth, the conference had a self-care room with jewelry making, sound machine, coloring, and crafts to make derby hats or fascinators. Attendees enjoyed a unique experiences like taking a complimentary professional headshot, and even had fun on the dance floor with line dancing to the Electric Slide and Boots on the Ground. Altogether the conference blended education, collaboration, and celebration- truly placing every CHW in the Winner’s Circle.
