Thank you to the entire KOCHW team for all the work you do to advocate for the CHW profession. KOCHW is the certifying body for CHW certifications. These girls go above and beyond keeping us up to date with trainings, advisory workgroups, newsletters and so much more. Their dedication to KYACHW and the CHW profession will never go unnoticed. The amount of prep and work they put in to help make our conference awesome each year, everyone of these girls are dedicated to CHW’s. Shout out to Tracey for helping with conference planning, Joa for making sure all the technical issues are running smoothly, Laura for making sure all certifications and everything in order, Malea, and Kasey(not pictured) for all the amazing work they do to keep everything running smoothly.  

Each vendor will receive conference registration, meals, and snacks for (1) person for September 19-20 event.  If you have additional staff that would like to attend the conference from your organization, please supply their name and payment for their registration.  Please check the appropriate box with registration.  Approval is subject to space availability.  Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze Sponsors will receive priority vendor booth locations.  Please check with the event organizer on the day of event to get vendor booth assignment.  Payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled event.  Non- Profit $350  For Profit $500
