With the cases of COVID19 on the rise, the KYACHW Board has made a unanimous decision of canceling the in-person conference this year. It truly saddens us that we cannot be together another year face-to-face, but we want what is best and to keep our members and everyone attending safe. Having our conference virtually again this year would truly be the best option in doing so. If you have any questions please feel free to email me at kgi232@uky.edu.

Update Save the Date: This year’s conference will be virtual and is scheduled for Thursday, September 23rd. The conference will run from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Registration will open via Event Brite on July 15th, 2021. If you register before August 15th you will receive a discounted price of $100 for KYACHW members and $175 for non-members. After August 15th, the registration prices will increase to $125.00 for KYACHW members and $200.00 for non-members.
We still want to encourage to get vaccinated if you have not already done so.

You have the option of paying the sponsor or vendor fees on Eventbrite, however, they charge a fee so it is easier to send money directly to the KYACHW at the address below.
