Our 6th Annual KYACHW Conference was successful!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s event.
This year’s conference was held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 and was held virtually through Zoom. The KYACHW designed the 2021 conference with your well-being and self-care in mind as a virtual conference, live from the Embassy Suites in Lexington.
Conference topics ranged from the Kentucky Department for Public Health Vaccinate with Confidence, Promising Practices for CHW Panel discussion on Drone Project, Equity Grant, Disabilities and Health. We also had A Day in the Life of a CHW Panel that had 5 CHWs across the state of Kentucky representing some of the wonderful works they are doing for their communities and their clients. Passport presented Self-Care for CHWs which brought information regarding the importance of nourishing our body and mind. As always, we are committed to providing you with professional benefits in order to help you better serve your clients and improve your organization.
